Getting to know Moerlina
We are delighted you are interested in joining Moerlina. To ensure we are a good fit we have a comprehensive enrolment process that allows you and your child the opportunity to get to know us. Prospective students are invited to join a class for an introductory trial period so they can get to know the school and their new teacher. We look forward to introducing you to our community and welcoming you to our school.

Inquire and visit
Visit Moerlina by either attending an Open Morning or booking a personalised tour. Visiting the school provides a great opportunity for you and your child to gain a deeper understanding of the Moerlina experience and ask any questions you may have.

Introductory Trial
Prospective students are invited to join a class for an introductory trial period. This is up to 3 days for Pre-Kindy and Kindy, and two weeks for Pre-Primary to Year 6.

Check availability
Places are limited at Moerlina so priority is given by the application date. Given our intake levels are low we will be in touch to notify you if places are available. If there are no places available we will place your child on the waitlist.

Complete Application Form
Once you have completed a tour or attended an open morning, you are ready to apply. With lodgement of your enrolment fee, there is a non-refundable application fee of $300.

Finalise your enrolment
The last step is finalising your enrolment and fees with Moerlina’s admin team.

Commencement
Students generally commence school straight after their trial period. Playgroup and kindergarten students begin with shorter days and can be adjusted to suit your child’s needs.
International and Interstate Students
Moerlina School attracts international and interstate families who enjoy the community aspect of the school for the whole family. The personable nature of a small school enables access to support for families when they are not in their home country, and do not have the support of extended family and friends.
